July 25th 2025 (before 8am JST): All eligible voters will receive an invitation email from elections@voatz.com containing their voting credentials. Please check spam/junk folders and mark the sender as trusted.
July 25th 2025 (8am JST): A practice ballot will be available to get familiar with the voting process.
July 25th 2025 (8pm JST): Practice ballot closes.
July 27th 2025 (8am JST): Live election ballot opens.
July 27th 2025 (8pm JST): Live election ballot closes.
